Terms of Service

By signing up for our Nigeria online payment services, you expressly agree to be bound by our terms of service.

The following terms apply to our online payment services.

1. You understand that we are not a bank

2. You understand that we pay on your behalf either by credit card or bank wire transfer

3. You understand and agree that when we make payment on your behalf to a merchant specified by you, that payment cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel that payment, you will have to contact the merchant yourself.

4. You understand that when you authorize us to make payment on your behalf, you bear all risks. Risks involved in online payments include, but is not limited to, . . .

(i) Default on the part of the merchant to whom payment is made. The merchant may or may not supply the goods paid for.
(ii) Failure of the payment process. Our bank may not be as fast as you might expect and this may affect the speed with which we are able to make payments to your foreign partners on your behalf. By signing up for our online payment service you agree to bear any loss in profit due accruing to you due to delay in payments.

You accept to bear all risks, known and unknown, and to hold us free from litigation or liability when you sign up for our payment service.

5. You understand that we do not ship items or process shipment papers. We only make payments to merchant(s) designated by you and send the merchant(s) your shipment information. You agree that all issues relating to shipment and custom duties will be undertaken by you.

6. We do not pay for banned items. You agree to bear the risks involved if you knowingly or unknowing request us to pay for items that fall into the banned items list.

7. We reserve the right to make changes to this terms of service whenever we deem necessary without due consultation with anyone. All changes made will be posted on this site.

Your continued use of our service after these changes have been implemented is proof that you understand and agree to be bound by them.
